Companies in the ICO2 Index

Auren Energia, Grupo CCR, and Hypera are part of B3’s ICO2 Index. This portfolio includes companies with the lowest carbon emission coefficients per revenue, as well as those demonstrating above-average greenhouse gas emission management scores compared to their sector peers on B3. Being part of this index reflects these companies’ commitment to transparent emission management and transitioning to a low-carbon economy.

Green Bond

BV Bank exclusively coordinated the first securitization operation committed to promoting sustainable construction practices in Brazil, totaling R$ 322 million. The operation focuses on financing sustainable real estate projects, such as environmentally certified buildings and renewable energy systems, verified by DNV issuing the SPO (second-party opinion) and linked to Green Bond properties – Sustainable Construction.

Electric Fleets

Grupo CCR has launched a pioneering project to electrify vehicles within its operational fleet on highways. Initially, three 100% electric vehicles will be deployed at CCR AutoBAn: a light tow truck, a traffic inspection car, and a rescue vehicle. Additionally, two hybrid models will be used for inspection activities on BR-163/MS and Presidente Dutra (BR-116). This initiative aligns with CCR’s strategy to reduce carbon footprint in its operations, aiming for carbon neutrality in scopes 1 and 2 by 2035.
