The document highlights the company’s consolidation as a real estate asset manager in Brazil and the U.S., with a focus on expanding into the real estate credit market and advancing projects such as Vivalegro, Spark, and Atlas Office Park — all reinforcing a long-term vision and a commitment to value creation.
Reservas Votorantim also shared strong results in its report, reflecting one of the most significant years in its history, with accelerated and consistent growth to meet the demands of a green economy. Brazil at Silicon Valley
From April 21 to 23, another edition of Brazil at Silicon Valley takes place — a key event fostering direct connections between top leaders from Brazil and Silicon Valley. Once again, Votorantim S.A. is a sponsor of the event, which will feature Mariana Moura from 23S Capital as a speaker.
Brazil at Silicon Valley is a nonprofit initiative led by students from Stanford and UC Berkeley, aiming to connect influential Brazilian leaders with cutting-edge innovation and tech trends from Silicon Valley, California. This year’s theme is “Embracing Resilience”, focusing on how resilience drives innovation.
Amcham held another webinar in its Road to COP30 series — this time focusing on the topic of energy transition. The session addressed how industrial decarbonization, energy efficiency, and the replacement of polluting inputs are shaping the future of sustainable production.
Participants also discussed the role of the private sector and public policies in developing sustainable infrastructure and boosting investments in renewable energy and new business models. José Amato, Carbon Business Manager at Auren, was a speaker at the event.
